A non-refundable deposit is required (deposit price varies on each service) to schedule your appointment. The deposit will be credited towards the overall service price.
If you have old microblading/tattoo, there will be a $50 surcharge. No exceptions.
All credit/debit card transactions will have a 5% processing fee. If paid with cash, apple pay, zelle, or cash app, fee will be waived.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
CANCELLATION/LATE POLICIES
All of our artists here at Microblading By Z have limited time to spend in the studio. We kindly ask that you help us make this time as productive as possible. The following policies are in place strictly to protect our time, and we thank you in advance for your understanding! Please note: Alternate policies are in place for those enrolling in classes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may reschedule your appointment as long as it is 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
Any appointment that is rescheduled or cancelled, within 48 hours of the start of said appointment, will be subject to a $100-50% fee. These fees are based on the standard cost of the service booked, regardless of discount codes, gift cards, or reduced model rates. We do not have flexibility with this 48 hour window, as even outside of it, we may not be able to fill the spot; Most of the services we offer require more than 2 days of client preparation to be done safely/properly. Only in the event of illness/injury with a dated doctor’s note will exceptions be made to this policy. Fees paid for late cancellations can not be applied to future appointments.
LATE POLICY
In the event that a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate. If the artist determines that they’ll then be unable to complete the service within the allotted time, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation. This also includes being late to your touch up appointment. See above.
NO SHOW POLICY
In the event that a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will be charged 50% of the standard service cost. See above.
By booking, you agree to place a non-refundable reservation fee. Client understands and agrees that artist will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that the client cancels session or fails to attend on the date, for any reason, artist shall suffer losses (time, supplies etc). As such, client agrees that in the event of cancellation or no show the by client, such fees will be forfeited by client and paid to artist as liquidated damages and not as penalty. Client and artist agree that all fees listed in these terms and policies is reasonable and non-refundable.
