MICROBLADING BY Z BOOTH RENTALS

Are you an artist who has recently received certification or holds experience in Microblading, Ombre Brows, or PMU, and are currently in search of a licensed studio space to accommodate your clientele?
At Microblading By Z's 3D Brow Studio and Training Academy, we extend the opportunity to rent booths on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, specifically tailored for Microblading Artists, Ombre Brows Artists, and PMU Artists in the Houston area.

Microblading By Z's PMU Booth Rental Rates:
Week-to-Week: $265 per week
Month-to-Month: $550 per month
Yearly (12 Months +): $500 per month

• All Booth Rentals require a $250 rental deposit that is FULLY REFUNDABLE at the end of contract term if no damages to furniture, studio equipment, and/or building.  
• Booth Rentals are fully dependent upon availability.
• ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE with CASH,  ZELLE, APPLE PAY, VENMO, or DEBIT/CREDIT CARD (includes a 5% Processing fee for all card transactions).

  • 1) Current Blood Bourne Pathogens Certification for Tattoo Artist
  • 2) PMU Certification(s)
  • 3) 10+ Photos of your best work in your current portfolio (Your website, Instagram, Facebook, Yelp Business Acct)
  • *If you don't have at least 10 or more Before and After Photos in your current portfolio, we recommend you contact us about our Student Contracting Agreement to help you build your client portfolio before doing rentals on your own. THIS OPTION IS FOR NEWLY GRADUATING STUDENTS WITHIN THE PAST 6 MONTHS
